Course Overview: The purpose of this course is to support venue, event, and public safety stakeholders with crowd management tools and resources for sport and special events. This course prepares participants to address crowd management by exploring effective planning considerations, crowd dynamics, queueing strategies, and strategies for ensuring public order.
